By accessing or using Ranking Engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

To use certain features of Ranking Engine, you must create an account:

• Authentication is exclusively through Google or Discord (no password accounts)
• Usernames can be changed once every 7 days
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You retain ownership of the content you create on Ranking Engine, including:

• Playlists you create
• Ratings you give to videos
• Comments you post

By posting content, you grant Ranking Engine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make available your content to other users in accordance with your privacy settings.

You control the visibility of your playlists through public and private settings.

You agree not to post or engage in:

• NSFW or sexually explicit content
• Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content
• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Spam or purposeless content creation
• Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempts to circumvent security measures or access restricted areas

To maintain a safe and compliant platform:

• Moderators may view user content to ensure compliance with these terms and applicable laws
• Content you create may be visible to users you share it with and to site moderators
• We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Issue permanent bans for severe or repeated violations
• Remove content without prior notice if it violates our policies

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Ranking Engine allows embedding videos from third-party platforms including YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, and Google Drive.

• Third-party content is subject to the respective platform's terms of service
• Ranking Engine is not responsible for the availability or content of third-party videos
• We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party content

Ranking Engine is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ranking Engine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any third-party content or conduct on the service

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date.

Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
